CLASS TYPES

  • After a dynamic stretch and calisthenic warm-up, this class covers the foundational punches—jab, cross, and uppercut—along with essential stances and footwork. Perfect for beginners or as a technical refresher for experienced boxers.

  • The fun part of boxing is landing punches; the not-so-fun part is getting hit. This class focuses on minimizing that with defensive techniques, including blocks, head movement, parries, and evasive footwork.

  • Time to learn the flashy punches everyone loves. This class covers unique and effective strikes like the bolo, overhand, trip hammer, check hook, and more—some with multiple names, others with none at all.

  • This class brings everything together. We’ll start slow and controlled, focusing on technique and composure, then gradually increase the tempo as comfort and confidence build.

  • Now that we have the fundamentals of offense and defense dialed in, we’ll focus on movement and positioning in the ring. Cutting off the ring, lateral movement, and walking down your opponent will be explained and drilled in this class.

  • The day everyone looks forward to. Participants will engage in controlled, supervised 3x3 minute rounds of sparring, applying their skills in a live setting under the guidance of experienced coaches.
